What is cuekit?

cuekit is a Mac app that prepares your workspace before meetings. It reads your calendar, matches the right cuekit for the meeting, and can open apps, links, files, and optional Slack status so you start in the right context.

Is cuekit a subscription?

Early access is coming soon, so public purchase details are not live yet. Pricing, licensing, tax handling, and refund terms will be shown before any paid access opens.

What does early access mean here?

Early access means cuekit will open to a smaller group before a broader launch. Features, onboarding, matching behavior, and defaults may change as the app matures. Join the waitlist for launch news and first invites.

What version of macOS do I need?

cuekit targets macOS 13 or later. Some features also depend on Calendar access, Accessibility permission, optional location permission for weather, and optional Google Calendar or Slack connections.

Does cuekit send my meeting data to your servers?

No first-party cloud sync or analytics service is used by cuekit. Meetings, templates, workspace rules, and service tokens stay on your Mac unless you explicitly connect a third-party service like Google Calendar or Slack, or you choose to send support details.

How does support work?

Support is by email at hello@cuekit.ca. cuekit also includes local diagnostics, recent crash/hang summaries when macOS provides them, and an exportable support bundle so you can send useful troubleshooting details without remote telemetry.

What if cuekit doesn’t work for me?

Refund terms will be shown before paid early access opens. If you already have an order or license question, email hello@cuekit.ca.

Does cuekit work through the Mac App Store?

No. cuekit is planned as a direct-download Mac app signed with Developer ID. Some of its workspace-management behavior depends on a direct-download distribution model rather than Mac App Store sandboxing.
